Did you have a coach who positively (or negatively) impacted your life? What if you could have a similar influence on other people in your life wherever you find yourself, at work, in your family, at church?

Author and Coach, Levi Nelson talks with us about the significance of developing our own philosophy of coaching that is as unique as we are. Whether you're a coach, a parent, pastor, or executive, you'll be challenged about how you approach all your relationships from a posture of Love, Effort, Attitude, and Discipline.

In his book, L.E.A.D.: A Coach's Playbook on how to Positively Impact the World Through Love, Effort, Attitude, and Discipline, Coach Levi Nelson describes the importance of formulating your own coaching philosophy and guides you through the process he used to find his own life’s mission to positively impact the world through Love, Effort, Attitude, and Discipline (LEAD).

Coach Nelson shares proven methods from the field of sport and performance psychology and best practices from his own experience as a head football coach and certified trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) on practical ways to implement the characteristics within LEAD to your own coaching practice.

Coach Nelson holds a doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology, two master’s degrees, and he also currently serves as a college professor and coach developer for USA Hockey.
